Subsequently, add one of the “Move Out/In” extras to upgrade your booking to our comprehensive End-of-Lease cleaning package.
There are two options available for these extras: Move Out/In (Empty) and Move Out/In (Furnished).
The Move Out/In (Empty) option is the standard selection and should be chosen for all properties where personal belongings and furniture will be removed prior to cleaning.
The Move Out/In (Furnished) option is intended for situations where furniture and belongings remain in the property, such as furnished apartments. This package includes all standard End-of-Lease cleaning tasks (such as cleaning inside ovens and cabinets) and additionally covers cleaning inside the refrigerator as well as dusting and wiping down furniture.
Bond cleaning requirements vary depending on whether the property is furnished or unfurnished. Unfurnished cleaning typically involves thorough cleaning of all surfaces, cupboards, and appliances without the need to clean around furniture. Furnished bond cleaning includes additional tasks such as cleaning inside appliances like refrigerators and ovens, as well as dusting and wiping down furniture. It is important to select the appropriate cleaning package to ensure all landlord or agent expectations are met. Choosing the correct service helps secure your bond refund without complications.
We have designed our move-out cleaning services to be as straightforward and efficient as possible. Over time, we have refined our End-of-Lease Cleaning package to comprehensively address the requirements typically set by property managers and agents. This service includes a thorough cleaning of all general areas, with additional attention given to the interiors of drawers, cabinets, and ovens. Should you require extra services such as window cleaning, steam carpet cleaning, or others, these may be selected as optional add-ons during the booking process.
Our bond back guarantee ensures that all standard cleaning expectations set by your agent are met. This encompasses areas such as behind and beneath fixed furniture (e.g., fridge cavities), high and low skirting boards, ceiling fans throughout the property, grout in showers (excluding floors and walls), range-hood filters, and even the interior of dishwashers.
Please note that our service includes spot cleaning of 2–3 major scuff marks per wall. Should full wall cleaning be required, this service is available at an additional cost of $29 per wall.
