We apply a flat rate of $55 per unit, with one unit approximately equivalent to the size of a standard bedroom (about 3m x 4m). For larger spaces, pricing is calculated in multiples of these units. Please note that a minimum charge equivalent to two units ($110) applies to all steam cleaning services due to the specialized and heavy equipment involved.

Please note that carpets must be vacuumed prior to steam cleaning. If you schedule one of our regular cleaning services that includes carpet vacuuming, we can proceed with steam cleaning subsequently. However, if you opt for a standalone steam cleaning service, an additional fee may be applicable for vacuuming the carpets.
For extensive carpeted areas, we can typically provide an initial estimate based on the above pricing chart, with a final price confirmed on the day of service. Additionally, we may offer discounts for larger carpet cleaning projects; please do not hesitate to inquire.

*Please be advised that while steam cleaning may reduce, and in some cases eliminate, persistent odors from carpets, complete removal cannot be guaranteed. In cases of severe odors, such as those caused by animal urine, it may be necessary to schedule and pay for two separate steam cleaning sessions.
Determining the exact drying time for carpets can be complex, as it depends on several factors, including:

The specific steam cleaning equipment used and the amount of steam applied
The overall condition of the carpet
Generally, carpets tend to dry within 4 to 8 hours. However, drying times may vary depending on environmental conditions.
Please note that carpets should be vacuumed prior to steam cleaning. If you select one of our regular cleaning services that includes vacuuming, we will steam clean the carpets afterward. For standalone steam cleaning services, an additional nominal fee may apply for vacuuming.
